The U.S. Marines camouflage fatigue shirt that Scott Olsen was wearing on the night that he was shot in the head with a bean-bag round at an Occupy Oakland protest.

After being shot he was placed in a medically induced coma with a fractured skull. Six weeks later, he returned to the protest as a symbol, and ultimately he was awarded $4.5 million in a lawsuit against the City of Oakland that should have ended their use of KIPs forever.
