Scott Olsen — “I Didn’t Realize How Bad It Was.”

After being shot he was placed in a medically induced coma with a fractured skull. Six weeks later, he returned to the protest as a symbol, and ultimately he was awarded $4.5 million in a lawsuit against the City of Oakland that should have ended their use of KIPs forever.
